Whats New at JFF!!
The Joy Family Foundation is wrapping up the year and are so excited to end the year by funding a very special project. Vive, Inc. is a safe temporary shelter located on the East side of Buffalo. Vive helps refugees assemble documentation to begin their claim for asylum. Without Vive many of these families would face arrest, deportation and renewned persecution in their home countries. We hope that with the gift from JFF those seeking safety at Vive can have a better holiday season.
OUR MISSION
To make a significant impact in the communities in which we live by assisting the economically disadvantaged, through tax exempt organizations with funding emphasis in the areas of Arts and Humanities, Education, Healthcare and Human Services.
Our Philosophy
Everyone here at the Joy Family foundation belives whole heartedly in service. We believe that service to your community makes not only you but your community more complete. The Joy Family Foundation was started by people who all lived in Western New York, making that region the only community touched by the good work of the foundation. Now, however, the family has grown wings. We reside in many different communities. We have the great privledge of spreading our service to communities such as Washington DC, Denver and San Francisco. We hope that we have the chance to touch communities and be part of great success across our country
